U.S. stocks jumped on Wednesday, as Apple led a rally in technology shares and
Boeing boosted sentiment with an upbeat forecast ahead of the Federal Reserve's
update on monetary policy. .N 
    At 11:38 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average  .DJI  was up 1.25 percent at
24,887.83. The S&P 500  .SPX  was up 0.71 percent at 2,658.72 and the Nasdaq
Composite  .IXIC  was up 0.86 percent at 7,088.844.
