Director Share Purchase

 

Tekmar Group plc (AIM: TGP), the leading provider of technology and services
for the global offshore energy markets, announces that on 27 January 2025,
Richard Turner, CEO and a Director of the Company, purchased a total of
799,313 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at
the price of 7.5 pence per share.

 

Following this transaction, Richard Turner holds a total of 799,313 Ordinary
Shares, representing 0.58% of the current issued share capital.

 

This announcement is made pursuant to the Company's obligations under Article
19 of the UK Market Abuse Regulation.
