Tekmar Group plc (AIM: TGP), a leading provider of asset protection technology
and offshore energy services, announces that its Annual General Meeting
("AGM") will be held at 1pm on 31 March 2026 at the offices of Muckle LLP,
Time Central, 32 Gallowgate, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 4BF.

 

The Notice of Annual General Meeting, along with the Company's annual report
and accounts for the year ended 30 September 2025, have been published and are
available on the Company's website
