    Poste Italiane raises Telecom Italia offer, waives threshold condition
    Sept 7 (Reuters) - Italian financial conglomerate Poste Italiane PST.MI said it increased the consideration for its tender offer on Telecom Italia TLIT.MI and waived its threshold condition.
    The aggregate cash component in the offer was increased by €0.30, to €1.97 per Telecom Italia share, with a maximum aggregate cash component of €3.36 billion ($3.90 billion), the company added.
    ($1 = 0.8605 euros)
