** Shares of drug developer Translate Bio Inc  TBIO.O  up
20% at $35.09 in extended trading
    ** French drugmaker Sanofi  SASY.PA  has offered to buy
TBIO, Reuters reports exclusively, citing two sources familiar

    ** Financial terms of the offer are not known
    ** In March, both the healthcare companies announced
collaboration for developing a COVID-19 vaccine candidate
    ** In June, TBIO expanded collaboration partnership with
Sanofi to develop a wide range of mRNA vaccines for infectious
