** Drug developer's shares  TBIO.O  surge ~29% to $37.6
premarket 
    ** French drugmaker Sanofi SA  SASY.PA  to buy TBIO in a

    ** Sanofi, TBIO partnered last year to develop an mRNA-based
COVID-19 vaccine and they expect interim results of an
early-stage clinical trial in Q3
    ** The companies, in June last year, expanded their
partnership to develop a wide range of mRNA vaccines for
