U.S. stock index futures were subdued on Wednesday, ahead of the outcome of the
Federal Reserve's rate-setting meeting in which the central bank will seek to
balance inflation and banking sector concerns.  .N 
    
    At 7:52 a.m. ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.04% at 32,786. S&P 500
e-minis  ESc1  were down 0.04% at 4,034.25, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were
down 0.16% at 12,846.25.
