The Annual General Meeting of Temple Bar Investment Trust Plc was held on
Tuesday, 9 May 2023.
All resolutions as set out in the Notice of Meeting dated 23 March 2023 were
passed.

The number of shares in issue at close of business on 9 May 2023 was
334,363,825 and 28,036,679 Ordinary Shares are held in treasury. The total
