Debt Facility

The Company's existing £100 million fixed rate loan matures on 31 January
2025.  The Company has entered into a £122 million multi-currency revolving
loan facility with The Bank of Nova Scotia, London branch. The loan facility
will be available for 364 days, from 31 January 2025 to 30 January 2026.

 

Drawings under the £122 million revolving loan facility may be in sterling,
US dollars and offshore renminbi (Chinese Yuan, CNH). There is a margin of
1.1% per annum over the relevant market reference  rate on drawings in any of
the three currencies allowed under the facility (GBP, USD or CNH) and a
commitment fee of 0.40% per annum on undrawn amounts. The Company will draw
down £80 million equivalent in pounds sterling today, 31 January 2025. The
proceeds, along with £20m cash, will be applied to repay the fixed rate loan
today.

 

The Company has no other debt.
