The Directors propose an ordinary dividend of 2.80 pence per Ordinary Share.
If approved by shareholders at the AGM, to be held on 14 July 2022, the
dividend will be payable on 21 July 2022 to shareholders on the register on 24
June 2022. The ex-dividend date is 23 June 2022.
