The Directors propose an ordinary dividend of 3.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
If approved by shareholders at the AGM, to be held on 14 July 2023, the
dividend will be payable on 28 July 2023 to shareholders on the register on 23
June 2023. The ex-dividend date is 22 June 2023.
