The Directors propose an ordinary dividend of 3.00 pence per Ordinary Share.
If approved by shareholders at the AGM to be held on 11 July 2024, the
dividend will be payable on 26 July 2024 to shareholders on the register on 21
June 2024. The ex-dividend date is 20 June 2024.

 

A Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") is provided by Equiniti Financial
Services Limited. The DRIP enables the Company's shareholders to elect to have
their cash dividend payments used to purchase the Company's shares. More
