The Directors have agreed that the Company will pay an interim dividend of 2.0
pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the six-month period to 30 September
2025. The dividend will be payable on 30 January 2026 to shareholders on the
register at close of business on 19 December 2025. The ex-dividend date is 18
December 2025.

 

A Dividend Reinvestment Plan ("DRIP") is provided by Equiniti Financial
Services Limited. The DRIP enables the Company's shareholders to elect to have
their cash dividend payments used to purchase the Company's shares. More
