Update on the Company's holdings in Russian companies following recent
developments in Ukraine

Following Russia's invasion of Ukraine, our thoughts are first and foremost
with the victims of the humanitarian crisis that is unfolding, as we monitor
the resulting economic and market implications for the Company and its
portfolio holdings.

The situation is fluid and changing rapidly from day to day, but it is clear
that sanctions impacting Russia and Russian companies will be in place for
some time and that further market volatility is to be expected.

As a result, we continue to review the Company's portfolio for direct and
indirect exposure to Russia.

In this regard, we can report that the Company held securities in the
following Russian companies as at 1 March 2022.
