Russia - Ukraine Update

Further to the announcement issued on 9 March 2022.

The Company currently holds securities in the following four Russian
companies:

 Holding
 Lukoil PJSC
 Yandex NV
 VK Co Ltd
 Sberbank of Russia PJSC

All holdings in the above table are in foreign listed securities (either
primary US listing or ADRs/GDRs).

In accordance with established Fair Value policies and procedures each of
these securities is currently valued at zero for the purposes of calculating
the Company's Net Asset Value.
