Pursuant to DTR 5.6.1 the Company announces that, as at 29 June 2018, the Company's share capital consists of 264,373,100 ordinary shares in issue and 13,545,853 ordinary shares held in Treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 264,373,100.
This figure (264,373,100) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
