The Company announces that, on 19th April 2018, it purchased into Treasury 182,800 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.2478 per share.
 
Following the transaction, the Company holds 6,901,894 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.



The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 271,017,059. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
