The Company announces that, on 20th April 2018, it purchased into Treasury 146,900 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.2522 per share.
 
Following the transaction, the Company holds 7,048,794 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.



The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 270,870,159. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
