The Company announces that, on 24th April 2018, it purchased into Treasury 82,500 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.2685 per share.
 
Following the transaction, the Company holds 7,170,094 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.



The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 270,748,859. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
