The Company announces that, on 25th April 2018, it purchased into Treasury 49,600 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.1480 per share.
 
Following the transaction, the Company holds 7,219,694 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.



The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 270,699,259. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
