The Company announces that, on 2nd May 2018, it purchased into Treasury 67,500 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.3661 per share.
 
Following the transaction, the Company holds 7,496,194 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.



The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 270,422,759. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
