The Company announces that, on 15th May 2018, it purchased into Treasury 89,800 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.3750 per share.
 
Following the transaction, the Company holds 8,138,883 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.



The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 269,780,070. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
