The Company announces that, on 16th May 2018, it purchased into Treasury 100,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.4094 per share.
 
Following the transaction, the Company holds 8,238,883 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.



The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 269,680,070. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
