The Company announces that, on 11th June 2018, it purchased into Treasury 119,200 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.3345 per share.
 
Following the transaction, the Company holds 11,076,353 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.



The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 266,842,600. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
