The Company announces that, on 18th June 2018, it purchased into Treasury 212,000 Ordinary Shares at GBP7.0867 per share.
 
Following the transaction, the Company holds 12,044,953 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.



The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 265,874,000. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
