The Company announces that, on 25th June 2018, it purchased into Treasury 98,800 Ordinary Shares at GBP6.9402 per share.
 
Following the transaction, the Company holds 12,814,053 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.



The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 265,104,900. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
