The Company announces that, on 26th June 2018, it purchased into Treasury 128,500 Ordinary Shares at GBP6.9070 per share.
 
Following the transaction, the Company holds 12,942,553 Ordinary Shares in Treasury.



The shares in issue, less the total number of Treasury Shares, is 264,976,400. The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
