PARIS, April 24 (Reuters) - Agri-food cooperative group
InVivo, the main shareholder of Teract TRACT.PA , said it will
pursue talks on a French retail tie-up between Casino CASP.PA
and Teract despite a rival offer from Czech investor Daniel
Kretinsky.
InVivo took note of Kretinsky's offer for Casino but will
continue talks under an exclusivity period between Casino and
Teract, which has been extended until early June, InVivo Chief
Executive Thierry Blandinieres told Reuters.
