Brief: Ebioss to run a capital increase issuing 34 mln new shares

Nov 12 (Reuters) - Ebioss Energy AD Sofia  EBI.MC : 
    * Said on Wednesday it had approved the issuance of up to 
34.3 million shares, with a nominal value of 1 Bulgarian levs 
($0.5475) and a minimum issue price of 3.52 Bulgarian levs (1.80 
euros) 
    * To run the capital increase without preferential 
subscription rights to allow entry for certain strategic 
investors 
    * Shareholders at the extraordinary meeting on April 10, 
2014 approved share capital increase within two years as of the 
date of the meeting for a maximum amount of 40.0 million 
Bulgarian levs (20.5 million euros)
