March 9 (Reuters) - Ebioss Energy AD EBI.MC :
* Its unit, EQTEC Plc, completes capital increase of 485,000
pounds ($589,615) and placement of 7.5 million new shares among
several UK investors at nominal amount of 0.001 euro per share
and price 0.065 pound per share
* EQTEC to use proceeds mainly to continue with development
of Newry Biomass project
* EQTEC has agreed with Ebioss on the conversion of 335,717
euros of the loan into 4.5 million new shares at a conversion
price of 0.065 pounds per share
