* Said on Sunday to enhance the business model of its
pellets producing Bulgarian unit Biomass Distribution
* In light of regulatory uncertainty in renewable energy
field in Bulgaria, company decides to dedicate Karlovo and Heat
Biomass plants to supply electric and thermal energy to pellet
plant located in Stroevo
