 * Tetralogic and Merck to collaborate on the evaluation of birinapant in 
   combination with keytruda (pembrolizumab) in solid tumors 
 * Says entered into an oncology clinical study collaboration to evaluate the 
   safety and efficacy of birinapant 
 * Says study is expected to begin in late 2015 
 * Says TetraLogic will sponsor and fund the study and Merck will provide 
   keytruda
