 * On August 24, 2015, co entered into a purchase agreement with Lincoln Park 
   Capital Fund, LLC 
 * Agreement with Lincoln park capital fund to sell to LPC up to $17 million in 
   shares of company's common stock 
 * Pursuant to agreement, LPC will initially purchase $2 million in shares of 
   common stock at purchase price of $2.15 per share - SEC filing
