19.3% to $2.7 premarket; set for their best in almost 4 months
    ** After markets closed on Tuesday, United States Patent and
Trademark Office (USPTO) awarded patent to company's NASH
treatment, tesamorelin  urn:newsml:reuters.com:*:nGNX3SXSry
    ** Co says patent will expire in 2040 
    ** "We also plan on filing patent applications in other
jurisdictions to expand our protection of tesamorelin" - THTX
    ** NASH, or non-alcoholic steatohepatitis, is a fatty liver
disease related to obesity
    ** Up to Tuesday's close, stock had fallen ~31% YTD
