Wall Street's main indexes were set to inch up at open on Wednesday as fresh
economic data indicated a cooling U.S. economy, keeping alive hopes the Federal
Reserve could pause rate hikes in September.  .N 
    
    At 9:09 ET, Dow e-minis  1YMc1  were up 0.22% at 34,965. S&P 500 e-minis
 ESc1  were up 0.09% at 4,510.75, while Nasdaq 100 e-minis  NQc1  were up 0.06%
at 15,424.5.
