Confirmation of Continuing Discussions

 

LRB would like to confirm that the resignation of the NOMAD of Tintra plc
("Tintra") has not changed its intentions to acquire a position in Tintra,
subject to Rule 2.8 of the Takeover Code.  Productive discussions continue
with the Board of Tintra in line with announcements Tintra has made to date as
to the best mechanism to acquire such an interest, which may or may not
include a tender offer.
