Directorate & Management Change

 

 

Tintra, the Deep Tech & Banking business, is pleased to notify details of
its 2023 annual general meeting and a forthcoming board and management change.

 

Notice of AGM

 

The Annual General Meeting for the year ending 31 January 2023 will be held at
10.00 am on 31 July 2023 at the offices of Allenby Capital Limited, 5 St
Helen's Place, London, EC3A 6AB (the "AGM").  The notice of the AGM will be
published today on to the Company's website in accordance with the electronic
communications provisions of the Company's Articles of Association.

 

Directorate & Management Change

 

In line with earlier notifications, the Company announces a further
restructuring of the board of directors (the "Board") as it moves from the
strategic planning phase to the build and delivery phase.  Under the latest
element of this restructuring, Dr Andrew Bowen is stepping down from his
position as a Non-Executive Director of the Company on 5 August 2023 and
transitioning to a sovereign/government facing role within the wider Group.

 

Dr Bowen said, "I look forward to a new role at Tintra to continue the
critical, strategic work that I have done to date and to continue to support
Dickie's excellent mission."
