Resignation of Nominated Adviser and Broker

Suspension of ordinary shares from trading on AIM

 

Allenby Capital has resigned from its role as Nominated Adviser and Broker to
the Company with immediate effect.

 

As a result, trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be suspended
from 11 a.m. on Wednesday 6 December 2023 until a new Nominated Adviser is
appointed by the Company. Should the Company fail to appoint a new Nominated
Adviser within 30 days of this announcement, then trading in the Company's
ordinary shares on AIM will be cancelled.
