Result of Adjourned AGM and GM

 

Further to the Company's announcement on 17 October 2023, the Company's
adjourned annual general meeting (the "Adjourned AGM") was held earlier
today.  All resolutions proposed at the Adjourned AGM were passed.

 

Similarly, the Company can confirm that, as outlined in the Company's
announcement on 17 October 2023, immediately following the Adjourned AGM the
Company held its General Meeting (the "GM"). All resolutions proposed at the
GM were passed.

 

The Company will publish the full voting results on its website in accordance
with the QCA Corporate Governance Code.
