    ** Company says it continues to evaluate strategic options,

    ** TNTR says even if it secures a strategic transaction,
there is a significant possibility it may file for bankruptcy
protection
    ** Posts Q1 results, beats revenue estimates for the
quarter; Does not provide Q2 forecast
    ** TNTR made its market debut on June 30, 2017 at an IPO
price of $7 
    ** Shares have lost nearly all their value since IPO
