 * Pine mega entered kunshan investment framework agreement with Kunshan Qidi 
 * Pursuant to agreement pine mega and kunshan qidi have agreed to form the 
Kunshan jv company 
 * Says registered capital of the kunshan jv company shall be RMB60 million 
 * Expects that registered capital contributed by group will be funded by 
   internal resources
