Oct 16 (Reuters) - Tus International Ltd  0872.HK  
    * Unit ,Qingyun Ic,  Li Jiawen and Zhao Xiaoyu entered into 
cooperation agreement to form JV  
    * Registered share capital of joint venture shall be RMB100 
million of which RMB70 million shall be contributed by unit Tus 
Yunzhi
