** Company misses its Q2 profit estimate and lowers FY25 sales forecast

** Company reports Q2 EPS of $0.02, vs analysts' estimates of $0.03, according to data compiled by LSEG

** CURV lowers its FY25 sales forecast to $1.015 bln to $1.030 bln, from previous forecast of $1.030 bln to $1.055 bln

** Company expects up to $10 mln of exposure from higher tariffs announced in July

** As of last close, stock down 54.49% YTD
