2021 Annual Report and Accounts and Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting

 

Further to its Annual Results announcement issued on 11 April 2022, Tortilla
confirms that it has posted to shareholders its 2021 Annual Report and
Accounts for the year ended 2 January 2022 together with its Notice of 2022
Annual General Meeting ("AGM").

The AGM will be held at 9.30am on Wednesday 15 June 2022 at the offices of
Liberum Capital, 25 Ropemaker Street, London, EC2Y 9LY. Details of the
