Publication of Final Terms

The following Final Terms are available for viewing:

Final Terms dated 28 January 2026 in respect of an issue by Toyota Finance
Australia Limited of USD 400,000,000 Floating Rate Notes due 30 April 2029
(the "Floating Rate Notes").

Final Terms dated 28 January 2026 in respect of an issue by Toyota Finance
Australia Limited of USD 400,000,000 4.402 per cent. Notes due 30 January
2031 (the "Fixed Rate Notes").

Each of the Floating Rate Notes and the Fixed Rate Notes, respectively, are to
be issued under the €60,000,000,000 Euro Medium Term Note Programme
established by Toyota Motor Finance (Netherlands) B.V., Toyota Credit Canada
Inc., Toyota Finance Australia Limited (ABN 48 002 435 181) and Toyota Motor
Credit Corporation.

The Final Terms in respect of the Floating Rate Notes and the Final Terms in
respect of the Fixed Rate Notes, respectively, must each be read in
conjunction with the Prospectus dated 12 September 2025, as supplemented by
the Supplementary Prospectuses dated 7 November 2025, 2 December 2025, 6
January 2026 and 16 January 2026, including all documents incorporated by
reference (together, the "Prospectus"), which constitutes a base prospectus
for the purposes of the Prospectus Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, as
amended) and the Prospectus Regulation (EU) 2017/1129 as it forms part of
United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act
2018, as amended, in order to obtain all the relevant information.
