** Shares of ToysRUs Anz  TOY.AX  drop as much as 21.4% to
A$0.011, their lowest level since July 6
    ** Co says has raised A$1.3 mln ($881,010.00) by way of
placement and short-term loan facilities to fund working capital
requirements
    ** Issue price of A$0.011 represents a discount of 21% to
last close on July 12 before it went on a trading halt
    ** Stock on track for worst day since June 19 if trends hold
    ** Stock has fallen 21.4% this year, as of last close
