** The toy distributor announces sale of Chill Factor, its
slushy maker business, to Character Promotions Ltd, a UK-based

** Says the sale supports co's ongoing overhaul of product
portfolios and increases focus on its e-commerce businesses
** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since June 23
