** Shares of ToysRUs ANZ TOY.AX rise as much as 33.3% to
A$0.016, their highest level since Nov. 23, 2023
** Stock posts its biggest intraday pct gain since Feb. 20
** Toy and lifestyle products retailer executes agreements
to buy arts and crafts retail brand RIOT, and secure up to A$5
mln ($3.27 million) in funding from a U.S.-based investment fund
** About 8 mln shares change hands, compared with the 30-day
average volume of 2.2 mln shares
** Stock up 60% this year, as of last close
($1 = 1.5305 Australian dollars)
