The Board of TR Property Investment Trust PLC announces that, following the
conclusion of its 2022 Annual General Meeting, Simon Marrison has stepped down
from his role as Non-Executive Director.

 

Kate Bolsover has taken on the role of Senior Independent Director, formerly
held by Simon Marrison.

 

Andrew Vaughan will be joining the Board as Independent Non-Executive
Director, with effect from 1 August 2022, as announced on 7 April 2022.
