FINAL DIVIDEND FOR 2025

 

As part of the announcement of the Company's annual results for the year ended
31 March 2025 released at 7.00 a.m. this morning, the Directors have declared
that, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual General Meeting, a final
dividend of 10.25 pence per share will be paid on 30 July 2025 to shareholders
on the register at the close of business on 27 June 2025. The ex-dividend date
will be 26 June 2025. A dividend reinvestment plan is available for which the
last date for elections will be 9 July 2025.
